Refund Policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you have to send us a WhatsApp message on 7986681022. Please note returns will only be processed if we receive a message on WhatsApp.
Returns and Refunds:

Return Request: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return within 3 days from delivery. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 5 days from receiving. The customer will have to bear the return shipping cost and send the product back to our office. Item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odours or fragrances.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please submit a request on WhatsApp on 7986681022 within 3 days of receiving the package.

Refund Method: Upon approving your return request, we will issue you a gift card equal to the value of your original purchase (excluding the shipping costs). The customer receives the gift card within 2-3 days once we have accepted the refund. This gift card can be used for up to 6 months for any future purchases from our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (returned products).
We only offer size exchanges on sale items. If your preferred size is unavailable, we cannot issue the exchange.
We DO NOT offer monetary refunds.

If you fail to inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery, we will be unable to issue the return.
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless it is a COD order. To cancel, please send an email to info@linodilusso.com within one hour of placing the order, and we will process the cancellation for you.
